Started playing guitar when I was four years old from copying my sisters clarinet playing. Took drumming lessons till the age of ten and was Horrible, Thankfully, my music instructor advised me to play another instrument and I switched to Guitar. At first I played left handed but quickly switched to right due to my friend Doug Rhoads advice and being right handed. Been playing ever since and joined my first garage band at the tender age of 11 years old. Guitar is the ONLY thing I have never quit for some reason and continue to play today 41 years later.
Later on I was lucky enough to have graduated from Carmel highs music department and furthered my playing in college. After graduation I began teaching At Music Unlimited for 6 years before transfering to Gadsby's music then on to privates only.

What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
Headlined the Monterey Reggae Fest main stage, 4600 people in the Audience at 1 p.m. "insane" moment in my life! Besides that it was probably my first time playing to a Sold Out crowd at the Catalyst in Santa Cruz 1600 people dancing, that was one I'll never forget also..
Unfortunatly, there are So many shows I have forgot about, kinda scary when you see video's of yourself and don't remember even being there. Yikes! Went on tour with Burning Spear and 3rd world and remember maybe 10 shows...So I stopped using substances..
