Since forever, I think I started learning the piano when I was 11/12ish at my neighbor's house, she has been one of the greatest teachers in my life and really sparked by love for music. I started singing lessons when I was about 14, only got to do them for a couple of years though due to teacher leaving the school but never mind :)

What was the first concert you ever went to?
I can't remember the exact date but the first concert I went to was Brandon Flowers playing at the Eden Project. I went with my college mate Will, it was fantastic, I remember the showmanship from Brandon being next to flawless. The man knew how to work a crowd, I aspire to that :)
What gear do you use?
When out gigging a piano is a hard instrument to transport so I use a Yamaha P155 and a SM58 mic, its perfect!
Software wise I work with both Ableton and Pro-Tools, Sorry logic, couldn't afford a Mac :P
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I have worked in a variety of music ensembles, everything from choirs to parody boy bands.
My current band is an acoustic trio based in the west midlands, where called 'The Soaps'

You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Begs the question how the hell would I play it if I am stuck on a dessert island. However it would probably be Brain Eno's 'Music for Airports' as I love the album because it help me maintain a calm state even when I am really worked up :)
