How long have you been playing?
Personally, I began playing guitar at 13 years of age.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
It was Alice Cooper or Led Zeppelin at Nassau County Memorial Coliseum in 1973.
What are you looking for from Fandalism?
So many people!
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
The British invasion. Beatlemania hit me like a ton of bricks in 1964.
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
At a Lutheran Church dance we played for 300 or 400 people.
My Gibson Starburst acoustic. New bone nut and saddle. LR Baggs pickup installed in tandem with stock undersaddle pickup. Another EXCELLENT job by Naples, FL luthier Ross Teigen. Contact info on request.

Anybody Seen My Girl
Anybody seen me baby?
If you have please call now maybe
We can get together again
Or maybe just be friends
Anybody seen my girl?
Anybody seen my honey?
She ran off, took all my money
We can get together again
Or maybe just be friends
Anybody seen my girl?
It's been so long I have forgotten how to love her
It gets so long, you know I'm only thinking of her
You know I want to love you each and every day
If there's a chance, you know, to find you
There's got to be a way
Anybody seen some trouble?
I got mine, and by the double
We can get together again
Or maybe just be friends
Anybody seen my girl?
If you ever see Miss Lucy
Let me know, I'm not too choosy
We can get together again
Or maybe just be friends
Anybody seen my girl?
Anybody seen that lazy,
Good for nothing, drives me crazy
We can get together again
Or maybe just be friends
Anybody seen my girl?
We can get together again
So that my world not ends
Anybody seen my girl?
Anybody seen my girl?
Anybody seen my girl?

Do You Understand?
Do you understand? Though you didn't make me cry:
And you didn't even try, to understand me.
Me and my crazy ways, oh and those lazy days.
We were not so far apart, from what I understand.
Really didn't want to start, about the way you break my heart.
To this day I wonder why. Do you understand?
Didn't grant me any grace. You just up and left this place.
Left me oh so far behind. And you let me down.
I am not the Prince of Peace. Just you let me say my piece.
And I know you didn't try, and you let me down.
Maybe wander all my days, mark my words amidst the haze.
I was just beside myself, you were somewhere else.
I would rather be myself, than through you be someone else.
To myself I must be true, and to you I lie:
If I said I didn't care, if I didn't want you there.
Doesn't matter anyway, now you're gone away.
If I said without remorse, words I say but can't enforce.
Would you love me anyway? If it wasn't true?
As those lies were left unsaid; If you lied to me to me instead,
Would we be much better off? Do you understand?

Time Carries On
What has been lost, what I have found;
Time carries on and without a sound.
Time carries on, get carried away.
Time carries on, please carry the day.
Once I was lost, now I have you.
What am I going to do?
Because time carries on.
What has been done, and what there will be.
Time carries on so c'est la vie.
Time carries on and down to the sea.
Up from the sky and what you believe.
What you have done, do what you may.
Time carries on, please carry the day.
And still, time carries on.
Time carries on, as it should be
Carry me down to the sea.
Carry it will, fickle as fate.
Time carries on and won't wait.
Carry me down, carry away
All of my troubles, carry the day.
Carry the load, don't let me down or astray.
Once we were one, now we are two.
Time carries on like I carry you.
She was a girl with time on her hands.
Life in her eyes, love in the sand.
Never regret, and never to cry;
Time carries on and on to the sky.
And still time carries on, c'est la vie, carry it home to me.
Never regret, and never to cry.
Time carries on and on to the sky.
And still time carries on.

Straight Narrow Lines

Straight Narrow Lines
It happened September 11th you know
When Satan met Evil and decided to blow
Down two buildings as high as the sky and but now
Lie in craters demolished, as if them to bow
Straight narrow lines are forever erased
And all the lives that are never replaced
And for the evil brought into this world
Only to benefit one person's good
His reason was given as Palestine's poor
Arabia, infidels, Saddam and more
Rationale wanted a Caliph to be
For his Islam, but in reality king
And for the throne that was for he himself;
Warrior king, rich and scholar and serf
Personified blood lust in every regard
Quixotic in vision with sheep by the yard
When Satan met Evil they needed a goat
One of ambition to row his own boat
Misfortune prevented their Saddam Hussein
As luck is but theirs they had one as mean
Replete, immersed in his evil designs
Using his God, hate, and man intertwined
Completing his ploy there's a lackey or two
Thousands more; Who knows exactly what's true?
Nothing replaces a straight narrow line
Cannot be said for the other defined
Self-serving despots both greater and less
Are only defined by the size of their mess
When Evil suppresses the best in humanity
Where sinners become son's of Hell in depravity
Selfish intentions too obviously lead
To Hell in a basket, their children to plead
The children will cry and the innocents burn
When will the mongers of power ever learn
That the wages of sin are paid one and all
But mostly by those who want, and want more
Those by the sword who do live soon will die
And as they live there, the pain will deny
And as they live more with hate than with good
As in a sickness that takes to the blood
Blessed are prayers of the poor it is true
But even so, it is never excused
But just to hate and to ever deny
Righteous love and to judge both your God and the sky
The hammer that falls will just shape the steel
It's up to us then to make it our will
Lead by example, inspire by design
And nothing replaces a straight narrow line

Beyond The Blue
Somewhere in colors too good to be true
Over the sky, beyond the blue
Over the sky, where the wind blows
I don't know why, and don't you know
Up in the clouds so far away
I'll wait for you forever a day
I will be there, where I belong
Don't you betray, don't you be long
Over the sky, over the clouds
Over alone, over the crowds
Up in a castle so far away
Over the sky forever a day
Look at the birds, flowers, and trees
No fortune there, but they are free
You can as well, join the milieu
Over the sky, beyond the blue
Never return and never to leave
All that you need is to believe
Maybe today, maybe not now
Only what Heaven and Earth will allow
I'll wait for you beyond the skies
Wherever the moment of truth will advise
I'll be around whispering breeze
And in the shadows watching you please
Maybe someday, I don't know how
When we are free, maybe not now
The future is ours, I'll wait for you
Over the sky, beyond the blue
I'll wait for you and a new day
Just set me free, what do you say?
Eternity awaiting us still
I don't know when, just know it will
Forever is such a long time
Just hold me now, tomorrow goodbye
I will be there, you will be too
Over the sky, beyond the blue
Over the rainbow, over the stars
It isn't near, it isn't far
I will be there, you will be too
Over the sky, beyond the blue
Follow the light, follow the sky
It can't be wrong, don't you deny
Somewhere in colors too good to be true
Over the sky, beyond the blue
Where you find love, without or within
Over the sky, beyond the din
Somewhere in colors too good to be true
Over the sky, beyond the blue

Paint The Sky
Oh dear Lord, I'm feelin' blue, then I think of you
For all the little things you do
For me, I think of you
If I had another day
To think of what I want to say
You paint the sky and every day
Dear Lord I think of you
In my measly little way I know what to say
If words could do for me, for you
The way they do when I break on through
If I had to play guitar
Until I really went that far
You paint the sky and every star
Dear Lord I think of you
Oh dear Lord, I'm feelin' free, everything I see
And every little thing in view;
I know you feel it too
And every day I get on by
And eat my fill and see the sky
You paint it every day so high
Dear Lord I kiss the sky
What's the point of feeling sad, you know it's not so bad
For every day you've had enough
Another's got it much more tough
I count my blessings all the while
And even find the time to smile
I get enough to get me by
Dear Lord I kiss the sky
If anytime I send a card about that life's too hard
If thoughts ever go astray
Please remind me every day
Forget the ones that let me go
Remember what I need to know
Tag along the sky is blue
Dear Lord I think of you
Paint the sky do what you do
Dear Lord I think of you

Summertime
Summertime, summertime go for a ride
Tired of waiting, tired of crying
Save for some other time summertime blues
Roll down the highway, do what you do
Do what you do and kiss the blue sky
Climb up a mountain, say that you're mine
Summertime, summertime give me the sky
Give me tomorrow, don't say goodbye
Spell me a moment in time by the sea
Light up the blue sky, what will it be?
Don't be forever, say that you're mine
Tired of waiting, tired of crying
Find me a summer place in the sky
Roll down the highway, say that you're mine
Summertime, summertime give me the sky
Give me tomorrow, don't say goodbye
Summertime, summertime walk in the rain
Open the sky, will I see you again?
Half the time summertime's walking the park
Falling in love and waiting for dark
Do what you do and go for a ride
Find the girl of your dreams, don't be denied
Summertime, summertime give me the sky
Give me tomorrow, don't say goodbye
Summertime, summertime give me the sky
Give me tomorrow, don't say goodbye
Spell me a moment in time by the sea
Ride on a heat wave, blame it on me
Follow the sun wherever it goes
Ride on the breeze whenever it blows
Roll down the highway, go for a day
Wherever you're going, you're going my way
