I was born and raised in the District of Columbia. Inspired to sing at an early age while admiring Diana Ross and the Supreme's he realized he had a gift of singing. Later in life he discovered his calling to bring edification to the body of CHRIST through his worship and inspirational songs. Being called now an Evangelist Artist/Psalmist he is driven by JESUS CHRIST to ignite hope in the lives of Every Day People.

I have chosen the stage name "EDIFY" inspired by Romans 14:19 "Let us therefore follow after things that make for peace and those things which Edify another."
John also fuses together the Word of God with Original Art Work to Present Presentations, spotlighting the Word of God. In a interactive forum in which individuals can experience the Gospel Of Jesus Christ out side the box of tradition and formality with sometime limits refreshing revelation .

I continue my intimate relationship with Jesus and allows the Holy Spirit to flow as I sing from my hart.

I an now a praise team leader at my church and have performed locally in clubs and festivals. I do enjoy performing.

I went to a Diana Ross concert. An Evening With Diana Ross in the 70's. It was awesome! Diana's face appeared on the screen, then she standing at the top of a long stair case and started walking down singing "Ant No Mountain High Enough". I will never for that moment in time. It changed my life.

The biggest audience I have performed to would be churches. The smallest would be in the park.
