What was the first concert you ever went to?
I went to the Monkees reunion tour around 1986. It was a good oldies package with Gary Puckett and the Grass Roots. I enjoyed the show.
What are you looking for from Fandalism?
I am looking forward to meeting people all over the world and sharing the passion to make the musical world a better place. We all have much to share.
What gear do you use?
My favorite guitar is my 1982 Ibanez Destroyer. I been using a Fender Mustang GT40 amp.
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
I was into the Beatles early on. Clapton and Hendrix had an influence on my guitar playing early on. In later years, jazz and latin influences been added. As my style evolves, I think David Gilmour, Carlos Santana and Larry Carlton are becoming more important.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I haven't been in a band. I am looking for ones that would love to start a jam band. I would love to have a band that can play with an arrangement on the spot. Good improvisation can make some real magic.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
B B King, he is always a gentleman. Eric Clapton and guys like him.
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
Well, I haven't had my true biggest audience yet and look forward to increasing that number every day.
