How long have you been playing?
I started playing guitar back in the early 60'sI think what got me started was listening to the Beatles and the whole British invasion
What was the first concert you ever went to?
the first concert that I went to was the Rolling Stones . I forget what year it was but I guess it was around 1965.It was in my home town ,Lynn Mass.at Manning Bowl. I went with 3 or 4 of my musician friends and I think that we snuck in by climbing over a fence. I remember the Rolling Stones arriving in a helicopter and the show being stopped because of people lighting fireworks and rushing the stage
What gear do you use?
Through the years I have had many different guitars and amps,fenders, gibsons,charvels,jacksons,epiphones for guitars.fender, marshall, vox,custom,mesa boogie, gallien kruger for amps, they where all my favorites at one time or another, I only wish that I still had them all now
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
my biggest influence has got to be Eric Clapton,always loved the way that he plays and the way that his guitar sounded when he was in Cream
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I have played in a number of cover bands through the years but I much rather write and play original music which is all that I do now
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
if I could jam with anyone is a tough guestion to answer, there are way too many people for so many different reasons that I couldn't even begin to explain the reasons why!
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
if I was stuck on an island what album would I take with me is another tough guestion ,there are so many for different reasons but if I had to pick one it would be Black Sabbath's Heaven and Hell album because it's a album that I love to play along with, great guitar playing on that album!
