I started playing drums at the age of 12 in 1984. Then I became interested in strings instruments and 1989 I became the vocalist of a Heavy Metal band. I became a musician due to the fact that in 1980 I listened to the album "Paris" by Supertramp, endless times.
What was the first concert you ever went to?
Iron Maiden in Sao Paulo. Simply magnificent!
What are you looking for from Fandalism?
I try to promote my work and meet other world musicians since my country does not favor such integration.
What gear do you use?
I am currently a multi-instrumentalist for the Evals Mess Project so it is really difficult to list all the equipment I use and which I prefer. I like everything that makes sound, regardless of the brand.
Who was your biggest musical influence growing up?
Certainly Ian Anderson and all of Jethro Tull.
Are you in a band? Have you been in bands?
I'm a vocalist for Metalizer (Thrash Metal).
I'm also a vocalist and keyboardist for Titania (Hard Rock)
I am the creator of the Evals Mess Project in all three aspects: Acoustic, Progressive and Death Metal.
If you could jam with anyone, who would it be?
Ronnie James Dio for obvious reasons.
What's the biggest audience you ever performed to? What's the smallest?
21000 people as vocalist of Mitra (Power Metal)
14 people as lead singer of Metalizer (Thrash Metal)
No matter how many people, the whole audience makes each show memorable.
You're stuck on a desert island and only get to bring one album with you. What do you pick?
Hard choice...
"Live After Death" Iron Maiden
I listened when I was a child and, so many times, I ended up considering them friends, even without knowing them personally.
